Online Delivery

All of our virtual courses are delivered via Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom registration link via their PDUK account several days before the course start date, as well as an email approximately one week prior. Applicants are advised to check both their inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure they receive these details.

To ensure the best experience, participants should test their camera, microphone, and speakers in advance and ensure they have a stable internet connection. We recommend joining the session at least 15 minutes early to allow time for any technical checks.

Sessions can be joined via a web browser or the Zoom app, although the latest version of Zoom is recommended. Participants should ensure their display name shows their full name for registration purposes and close any unnecessary applications to optimise performance.

If joining via a browser, please ensure audio and camera permissions are enabled. Any technical issues should first be checked against the guidance provided in advance, and support may be contacted if further assistance is required.
