Aims / objectives
At the end of this course attendees will:
- Have a better grounding in taking a comprehensive history and assessment with children and young people presenting with eczema.
- Be able to provide a treatment plan and further support for children and young people with eczema based on the history and assessment.
- Better understand the principles of using topical therapies for eczema.
- Improve their knowledge base of dermatological treatments for eczema and best practice of their use.
- Understand when to refer to secondary care and how to make an appropriate referral.
